Thembela is a transformational coach and development practitioner. She is passionate about justice and aspires to see women live their truth, show up authentically and take up their place without fear. Thembela is a gender coach in GIZ’s ATVET4W project. Her proudest achievements include the times when she has discounted her fears and given herself permission to explore deeper and surface what lay within her beyond her comfort zones. She walked away from formal employment to start her own organisation, Womaniko Transforming Spaces which seeks to see women thrive in and out of work. Thembela is an associate of Korumo Coaching for Transformation.
Rikky is an independent human rights, development and facilitation practitioner. She also works with corporate clients, donors and government institutions. Specialising in multi-stakeholder processes, provides opportunity to promote her passion for equality and human rights, in particular gender equality and diversity. Her clients include Global Giving, International IDEA, OXFAM-GB, the African Union Commission, UN World Food Programme and the Sigrid Rausing Trust. She has served as a member of the EED Small Grants Fund and continues to participate as an active member of various social justice collectives.
Cheryl is a Development Professional with a 16 years experience in International Development. She has expertise in Fund Management, Stakeholder Engagement, Organisational Strengthening & Capacity Building, Resource Mobilisation and Project Development. She is also a committed Executive Leadership Coach to Senior Leadership Teams and Executives predominantly in the Not-for-Profit Sector.
