Using systems thinking approaches, we conduct Fireplace Conversations with women. These are safe, generative spaces used to give a voice to women and to help them engage with difficult questions arising out of their lived experiences. Guided by  insights from these, women are empowered to work collectively with others to generate ideas that will bring about the changes they want. At a professional level, this speaks to changes women need to develop their own capacity towards growth and continued relevance. To ensure sustainable change, we take our Fireplace Conversations to the workplace where women spend most of their time. Our goal is to support employers who are deliberate about transforming their work institutions to ensure their culture and organisational architecture promote the full integration, recognition and growth of women at all levels. Fireplace Conversations are held with both teams and groups of women, men, management and leadership.
