Join our #Dare2SeeUs campaign to inspire a workplace culture where womxn are seen in the context of COVID-19.
Campaign Objectives:
The year-long campaign was launched in October 2020. It will:
- raise awareness on the lived realities and the impacts of COVID-19 on working womxn
- showcase and celebrate responsive workplace initiatives that see womxn
What kind of actions are we showcasing?
- Courageous, out of the box actions that are deliberately inclusive of womxn
- Actions that must show consideration for the psychological well-being of womxn to help them brave the new normal
How can I get involved?
- Take a 90 seconds video of yourself and share deliberate workplace intervention(s), no matter how small they may seem-that were responsive to your lived experiences as a womxn in the context of COVID-19
- If you prefer using an image, write a no more than 3-line story to accompany your image
- Upload this on social media channel(s) of your choice
- Tag Womaniko and your employer to show your appreciation
- Tag 10 friends or colleagues and challenge them to do the same
- At the end, add the following hashtags: #Dare2SeeUs #ThePowerOfStories #Stronger2gether #ReImagine
